If your home or business is in the line of site to our towers you will qualify for our service.  We then install a microwave radio and point it to our relay network.  From this device we install a CAT 5e outdoor rated cable from the radio to your router.

Internet Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Standard Residential Installation – $100 – $175 depending on your location requirements.

We provide you with an internet service connection. You provide a wireless router so you can connect multiple devices to use your service.

Our core competency is Internet delivery. We understand the frustrations of having multiple devices that can be networked together and not knowing how to do it. We are capable of assisting you with getting all of your devices connected and online.

Helping you connect all of your devices to your network and making them functional is a value added service we can perform for $90 per hour with a one hour minimum charge, this charge is for us to come out to your home. If you need this extra service please make arrangements at the time you schedule your installation.  Call us for details in regards to your particular situation.

We do not throttle speeds to any website. We do block port 25 to prevent spamming.

We own all outside equipment (radios, antennas, mounting equipment, and CAT 5E cabling) as well as an indoor power supply needed to provide your connection to our network.

You own and are responsible for the operation and maintenance of your Wi-Fi network router.

We also provide service to Tijeras and the East Mountain comminities through our parent company, Higher Speed Internet. Please contact us directly so we can connect you with our associates at Higher Speed.

This service is a best effort service. We provide our clients the most bandwidth we are capable of providing. Typically we can provide 2 megabit per second to 25 megabits per second of download transfer rates, and 1 megabits per second to 5 megabits per second upload transfer rates. This of course depends on your geographic location, network traffic, and the speed of service that you want to pay us for.

Standard installation is mounting a radio and antenna to a short mast and mounting base (usually non-penetrating with ballast blocks) on the exterior or roof of your home or business and running a CAT 5E outdoor rated ethernet cable from the mounting point into a central part of your home or business. If that is not possible and we need to run cable in the attic or under the home or business to the central location, then a $90 per hour per technician will be added for this procedure.

The core of our business is providing you with fast reliable internet.  We will make every attempt to help you connect all of your Internet devices to your Wi-Fi network router.  Other devices and services  such as Dish, Direct TV, Hulu, Amazon Prime and any subscription voice services are not our responsibility. These are devices and services that are outside of our control  and we are not responsible to make them work.

We will provide up to 20 minutes of installation and connection assistance during a standard installation.  Assistance beyond this 20 minute period will result in additional charges of $90 per hour per technician required to complete the installation.

We do offer VOIP telephone service.  Please contact us directly for a quote on service and equipment costs.

We do not offer any streaming or television services.

Yes we can. We can recommend  economical solutions for your situation. This is a value added service, e.g. $90 per hour per technician plus the cost of any additional equipment needed to help solve this problem for your home or business.

We do not limit the amount of data that flows to you.  You may leave music streaming all day long or watch all the streaming media you desire without worrying about paying more or having reduced speed like many other internet companies impose.

To ensure quality bandwidth to all customers on our network, we reserve the right to notify and either temporarily limit or intrrupt data transfer speeds to clients whose total usage reaches 1 terabyte or more. This policy is in place to provide adequate bandwidth for all clients on our network.
